Cascina Le Doti

Giovanni Toso purchased Cascina Longoria in 1894. Located in the town of Neive, the farmhouse, like much of its surroundings was dedicated to non-wine agriculture. Giovanni was quick to realize the potential and began planting vines. In 1991, the Toso family acquired the Farmhouse Le Doti, in the heart of Neive, and vines in the famed Bordini vineyard that surrounds it. Five generations later, Cousins Alessandra and Davide are carrying on the family's wine making heritage while implementing their own innovations to the property, including a name change to Le Doti (to honor this historic Neive Farmhouse) with the 2020 vintage. The results are beautiful Barbaresco wines that are linear with great lift and elegance.
